The duty of a Luxury Travel Advisor position is to handle a full range of high-end travel arrangements on a consultancy basis to international customers seeking specific and high-end travel plans globally.
We are currently looking for:
Luxury Travel Advisor
The job:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, assist in the development of sales strategies
- Provide full range of travel arrangement, travel advisory services, travel assistance and concierge services to clients, including booking flights, hotels, cruises, activities, tours, transportation, reservations, etc.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable travel advise to customers; including planning and booking tailormade itineraries
- Process bookings and documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and visas
- Manage and follow up bookings in a prompt, professional, and organized manner
- Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure quality service and repeat business/referrals
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- With minimum 3 years of related experience; experience in GDS a plus
- Previous luxury travel sales experience with destination and supplier knowledge;
- Capable of serving luxury and high end customers independently from start to finish, maintain positive relationships with key clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player and great communicator at all levels with the ability to be patient and tolerant when facing clients
- flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; Highly organized, good time management and able to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Independent Luxury Travel Consultant
The job:
- Deliver personalised, end-to-end service; from travel planning, booking arrangements to after-travel care and follow up;
- Build and expand your client base by providing consistent and exceptional service and travel advice;
- Be able to deliver exceptional advice in your area of expertise (e.g. Cruise, Golfing, Business Travel etc.);
- Be flexible to work from wherever and whenever in the world you are;
- Be responsible for your industry knowledge updates and trainings;
- Be able to explore new business opportunities.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Must be capable and enjoy providing clients independently while maintaining a positive relationship with key clients;
- Previous international experience with luxury travel sales experience with destination and supplier knowledge preferred;

Accountant/Accounts Officer
Passionate, motivated and hardworking individual with travel agency background. Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed to our small and growing company.
The Job:
- Complete local and foreign payments
- Compile, organize, and prepare payments
- Manage cashflow & customer payments
- Track commission follow-ups
- Complete vendor set ups
- Audit all checkouts
- Assistance with monthly accounting close including but not limited to; account reconciliations, journal entries, show analysis, balance sheet reconciliation
- Create credit card manifests
- Enter manual checks into PowerSuite
- Reconcile petty cash
- Prepare for central accounting
- General Administration including all licensing renewals, membership updates and simple HR updates.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a travel agency
- Good knowledge of travel related accounting systems
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
