Nimb Hotel has just 17 rooms, of which twelve are suites. You can luxuriate in clean lined, unique surroundings with a comforting home-away-from-home atmosphere. All of the rooms are individually decorated with antique furniture, Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 10 TV, BeoSound 8 iPod docking station and BeoCom 5 telephone. some of rooms also feature a fireplace with birch wood, a four poster bed with Geismar';s linen and mattress, and free wireless internet. The bathrooms are spacious with double sinks and feature luxury amenities.

A variety of  dining choices includes Nimb Brasserie, a French brasserie; Gemyse, serving eclectic organic greens; Nimb Vinotek, with a champagne room and more than 1,000 wines; Fru Nimb, serving classic Danish sandwiches; and Cakenhagen, serving sumptuous cakes.
