We met Jackie, more than 30 years ago when she was already then working in the travel business in Hong Kong, and have followed her ever since. Whenever we have had to organize special holiday for ourselves and occasionally for our extended family, the Charlotte Team has always been there using their professional support and services to make sure the holiday would be a special one… one to remember! Over the years the team has learnt to be familiar with our likes and dislikes. Air tickets, car transport, hotels and tours would all be entirely prearranged by them. Jackie and her staff have always been available, efficient and courteous in times of crisis. We remember one such occasion when the ship we were cruising on, could not arrive in port on time for us to take our corresponding flight. Jackie was at hand, re-scheduling all the transfers necessary for us to have a smooth continuation of our voyage without having to worry about the rest. Charlotte Travel has won many well deserved awards. It is a modern well run business yet it has kept the ‘personal touch’ which we all still long for. Jackie’s personal professional attention at all times is not common in today’s business world and is something we as clients have greatly appreciated.
