Ritz Paris

Since its opening on June 1, 1898, the Ritz Paris has been a symbol of elegance and the understated luxury of French art de vivre. After 4-year rennovation, the new privacy and glamour of this unique environment immediately made it a gathering place for the greats of this world, royalty, artists and writers, first among them Marcel Proust and Ernest Hemingway. Always loyal to the Ritz Paris, Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn and Maria Callas contributed to the mystique of Place Vendôme.

LOCATION 

Coco Chanel was set the hotel as her home as it's set in the heart of fashion captial, Paris, in the 1st arrondissement, overlooks Place Vendom.

ROOMS & SUITES

Subtle technological updates will be introduced, though loyal clientele need not fret: "Nothing has changed".  The legendary hotel opens its doors 71 opulent rooms and 71 suites including 15 one-of-a-kind Prestige Suites. Each room of them is as glorious as ever, offering an incomparable ambiance and the most generous spaces in the French capital. Fine woodwork and delicate pastel hues compose an intimate décor where ultimate luxury resides in every detail, accompanied by antique objects and art.

HIGHLIGHTS 

A pioneer of modern cuisine, Auguste Escoffier was the first Executive Chef at the Ritz Paris. Since 1988, the école Ritz Escoffier, the professtional cooking school in the hotel, built in his honor, has been faithfully and passionately passing down the values he cherished. The school is now a world-renowned institution that trains tomorrow’s great Chefs and eager cooking buffs alike in a friendly atmosphere. For its reopening, the school is unveiling a brand new space devoted to exploring every aspect of French cuisine and offering degree programs in cooking and pastry-making.

A unique and exclusive passageway, the Gallery of the Ritz Paris runs through the heart of the hotel and connects the legendary place Vendôme to the very chic rue Cambon. An essential feature of the hotel, this architectural treasure faces the Grand Jardin and is bathed in light by day. The new Gallery of the Ritz Paris features 5 boutiques, 95 shop windows and the Concept Store.

The signature Spa will feature a new area dedicated to CHANEL skin care, an indoor pool and a modern fitness center, while a discreet tunnel will be available for completely private guest arrivals and departures.
