Both culture and geology are dramatic in Patagonia, and there’s no way to experience them quite like jumping right in and seeing for yourself. Take in the colours of Buenos Aires with a local tango lesson before heading into nature to explore National Park and the humbling glacier. Standing at the end of the Earth is an experience the adventurous side of you'll never forget.

  • Day 1

    Arrive Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport
    Greeted with VIP Reception services at the door of the plane and will be assisted through immigration, luggage collection & customs within the restricted area, and transfer to the Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau, 45 minutes. Private Check-in at the Hotel's Library and time to relax. 
     
    Walking Tour of Recoleta, the best way to get to know Buenos Aires' distinctive neighbourhoods (barrios) is “on the ground”. We shall take a stroll along this sophisticated and beautiful neighbourhood with its French architecture, the elegant Alvear Avenue with its upscale boutiques, the Vatican, French and Brazilian Embassies, the Jockey Club, the Alzaga Unzué mansion and the Parisian Pellegrini square. We continue towards Plaza Francia with the Spanish colonial Pilar Church, the grand monument to General Alvear, Bourdelle's sculptures and the famed Alvear Palace Hotel. Lunch at L'Orangerie, the hotel's lovely winter garden. 
     
    Continue our Walking Tour to the Recoleta Crafts Fair and Recoleta Cemetery. During weekends a lively Crafts Fair takes place in Recoleta's Plaza Francia where artisans' display their works, from miniature paintings depicting Argentina's regions, to hand-made knives and pottery. Return to the Hotel along the lovely tree-lined Avenida Quintana. Time to rest. Meet at the Vinoteca, the Hotel's wine Wine Bar for a Wine Tasting of Argentina's famed wines.
  • Day 2

    Buenos Aires
    Morning Highlights Tour of Buenos Aires: Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and San Telmo. You will enjoy lunch at Tomo I featuring the best cuisine in Buenos Aires' hosted by famed chef Ada Concaro, overlooking the grand 9th of July Boulevard, known as the widest avenue in the world, with the Obelisk, the city's central landmark and the magnificent Colon Opera House. 
     
    Tango Evening, start with a Tango Lesson by prestigious dancers Elsa Maria and Mayoral at their studio. Continue to Puerto Madero, the old harbour of Buenos Aires, that has become the city's newest neighbourhood and amazing real estate development alongside the docklands, with its renovated old brick warehouses, marinas and yacht clubs, and a string of fashionable restaurants along its waterfront. Heading to Faena Hotel & Universe where we shall be hosted for Cocktails, Dinner and grand Rojo Tango Show at its Cabaret. 
  • Day 3

    Calafate, , Southern Patagonia

    Transfer from the Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau Hotel to Ezeiza International Airport (40 minutes) to take a flight to Calafate. Met and transferred to Los Sauces Casa Patagonica (20 minutes). Lunch at Los Sauces Casa Patagónica.

    Afternoon Excursion: Four-Wheel Drive to The Balcony of Calafate. A fantastic introduction to the Patagonian steppes and glaciers, a bird's eye view of this incredibly beautiful and astounding region. Dinner at La Comarca, the gourmet restaurant of Los Sauces Casa Patagónica, delicious high-end cuisine by chef Ramiro Rodriguez Pardo.

  • Day 4

    Glacier Walk
    Visit to the Glaciers National Park, mini-trekking over the Glacier and Perito Moreno Glacier Catwalks. Visit the Catwalks of the National Park from where we shall enjoy a panoramic view of this incredible and massive glacier and stop for a delicious tea at the lovely property Los Notros. 
     
    Transfer back to Los Sauces Casa Patagónica (1 1⁄2 hour). Dinner at La Usina Restaurant. La Usina is situated in a small valley in the middle of a native forest on the banks of the Mitre River. Itswild and dazzling environment, along with the excellence of its cuisine, makes this restaurant a fine choice for dinner in a beautiful setting with true Patagonian service.
  • Day 5

    Tronador Volcano
    Morning at leisure to enjoy the spa and relax at Los Sauces or shop around Calafate. 11:30 am: Transfer from the Hotel to Calafate Airport to a take flight to Bariloche. Met and transferred to the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort. A scenic drive from the arid Patagonian steppe to the lust Nahuel Huapi National Park, we take the scenic road skirting the town of Bariloche and the Nahuel Huapi Lake westwards towards the Llao Llao Peninsula, with its imposing lake houses and splendid views of the towering Andes mountains.
     
    Check-in at the Hotel and time to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities and activities. Cocktails and Dinner hosted by the Hotel. Stay at the fantastic Moreno Suites, recently inaugurated, with stunning views to Lake Moreno and the majestic Tronador Volcano. 
  • Day 6

    Argentina's Lake District
    Enjoy the grounds, and facilities of this amazing property, its new luxurious suites, its grand function rooms and spa. Estancia Day at Peuma Hue, a day to enjoy the fantastic outdoors of Argentina's Lake District and experiencing an authentic Patagonian ranch. Enjoy a Cooking Lesson, an authentic Argentine Barbecue Lunch and a choice of outdoor activities, hiking, riding, biking, kayaking, rappelling or zip-lining in this unique natural setting. 
     
    Transfer to El Casco Art Hotel. Art Tour, dinner at El Casco's exclusive restaurant.
  • Day 7

    Bariloche
    Morning to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities. Morning visit to Bariloche, to visit the lake shore town and to shop for local crafts. Enjoy lunch at Tinto Bistro, excellent local cuisine at the famed restaurant of Martin Zorreguieta, brother of Princess Maxima of Holland.
     
    Transfer to Bariloche Airport (20 minutes) to take your flight back to Buenos Aires. Transfer from the Airport to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires Hotel, 20 minutes along the Palermo Parks and Libertador Boulevard lined with tipa trees. 
  • Day 8

    Buenos Aires
    Free morning for Shopping. Buenos Aires' most elegant shopping district, Recoleta, surrounds the Four Seasons. Tour the lovely residential neighbourhood of Palermo with its curvy streets and elegant townhouses, tree-lined wide boulevards, parks and gardens, imposing monuments and statues. After lunch, time for shopping at trendy Palermo Viejo District and visiting the new hip boutique hotels. Museum Tour after lunch, guided by an art specialist we shall visit the MALBA Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires). 
     
    Transfer from Palermo to Ezeiza International Airport to take flight home.
